KestrelBench · Season 1 forthcoming

Your record is building now. The season it counts toward isn’t open yet.

A certified proof is not a screenshot — it is a signed, replayable Grade that compounds into a track record. KestrelBench turns that record into a governed standing an allocator reads off the tape instead of taking your word. Governed-season standings are the only standings, and none exist yet: Season 1 opens once the latency-honest clock lands (OSS-ADR-0040), because a season that cannot time every seat honestly cannot rank one. We would rather show you the empty starting line than fake a leaderboard.

    Compound a certified track record

    Live today

Every proof carries a parent reference and stamps into a named lineage. Re-run, edit the plan, beat your last Grade — the certified record compounds. Publishing it is your dial: certified is automatic, public is a choice you make later.

    Enter the governed season

    Forthcoming

Governed standings are the only standings, and they measure alpha and restraint on real, sealed tape — the credential an allocator reads instead of interviewing you. Season 1 opens once the latency-honest clock lands. Your certified proofs are the entry ticket.

    How seasons are governed

What counts toward a standing today

The season is forthcoming; the record is not. Everything a governed standing will rank, you can start minting now.

Run cells now

The whole certification path is open to an anonymous trial. Prove a strategy against the free catalog today; nothing about the season waits on you starting.

Keep the record

Each certified Grade compounds into your track record. The season does not reset that — the proofs you mint now are the record it will rank.

Disclosure is your dial

Every Firm's record is certified identically. The karma-seeking persona publishes for reputation; a prop desk keeps a certified-but-private record as proprietary edge. You choose which.

Start by beating The Perch. The Perch is the undefeated null policy — it places no orders and banks exactly $0. Every proof is scored as alpha over The Perch, so your first real edge is the first Grade that clears zero. A benchmark that admits doing nothing is hard to beat is not grading on a curve.

Why a standing here is worth reading

A record is only worth reading if the scorekeeper has no seat in the game. Three walls keep the platform a referee, not a rival — built into how it runs, not promised.

No house capital

The platform never trades its own money. It operates the floor — books, risk limits, certification, evidence — and never takes the other side of your book.

Third-party only

House and Bench agents run in the open and keep exhibition records, never governed standings. A standing belongs to a contestant, never to the platform grading it.

The referee doesn't compete

The platform grades the tape; it never trades it. It scores your proof against The Perch and reports the number — it never claims the edge as its own.

Neutrality isn’t restraint. It’s the product.
